Connecting Platforms

Woobot connects Salesforce to your favorite collaboration platforms so your teams can find and update their data from the places where they already work. Let's hook it up!

1. Adding Woobot to Slack

Connecting platforms starts with installing Woobot for Slack. If you haven't already done so, use the Add to Slack button below to kick things off.

Login to the Woobot Brain to Connect Salesforce

You can connect your platforms by navigating to https://brain.woobot.io and logging in with your Slack credentials.

These connections are important so Woobot can share important notifications and commands with your teams in Slack.

  • Salesforce.com - This is the first thing you want to do! Enable your teams to work with their Salesforce data directly in Slack.
  • Slack - Connected to your favorite Workspace and Channel

Authorizing a Salesforce Admin User

Connect your Salesforce Org by simply selecting Connect to authorize the Admin User.

Install the Woobot AppExchange Package

Once connected to your Org above, you'll want to install the Woobot for Salesforce AppExchange Solution.

When installing the Woobot Appexchange Package, please select Install For All Users

Once completed, your Salesforce connection status will show as Connected

Setup Your Smart Notifications

Now that your connections are all set, it's time to configure Woobot Smart Notifications for your teams.

2. Adding Woobot to Microsoft Teams

Connecting platforms starts with installing Woobot for Microsoft Teams. If you haven't already done so, use the Add to Teams button below to kick things off.

Login to the Woobot Brain to Connect Salesforce

You can connect your platforms by navigating to the Brain tab in Microsoft Teams.

These connections are important so Woobot can share important notifications and commands with your teams in Microsoft Teams.

  • Salesforce.com - This is the first thing you want to do! Enable your teams to work with their Salesforce data directly in Microsoft Teams.
  • Microsoft Teams - Connected to your favorite Team and Channel.

Authorizing a Salesforce Admin User

Connect your Salesforce Org by simply selecting Connect to authorize the Admin User.

Install the Woobot AppExchange Package

Once connected to your Org above, you'll want to install the Woobot for Salesforce AppExchange Solution.
